Christmas is on its way and I have to say that for us Reynolds at The Bungalow Edit it is a really important time of year for our family. We just love Christmas because it is an excuse to move the furniture, to make way for the tree. Also to scout for new decorations, to make the house ready for the big day. This year however, we aren’t sure if we will be in our new home so we are focusing on creating decorations and even planning for next Christmas when we will definitely be there.
The Bungalow Edit loves to play with color at Christmas. I have to say I’m a big fan of metallic and sparkle generally, but I don’t have to tone it down at Chrimbo!
So whats on my wish list this year for Christmas decor?
First up this pine tree tablecloth from H&M. This will go in our new dining room. It is part of the conscious range that H&M produce, meaning its created using recycled or sustainable sourced materials. I’ll style it with these candle holders I bought last year from The Scandinavian shop. I may even add some foliage like eucalyptus or tree off cuts.
Next up would be this Star from Terrain. I’m fancying making my own simplistic wreath. There are some great wreath ideas I’ve curated on my Pinterest. Do take a look if you are thinking of getting creative this Christmas.
